Prêmio UAE President Cup Series For Maiden Horses IV, 11th race

 

On Saturday, October 30, 13 horses, colts and fillies will compete for the first victory in the Prêmio UAE President Cup Series For Maiden Horses IV; disputed over 1,300 meters on turf, for 3-year-old and older, at Cidade Jardim Racecourse and organized by the Brazilian Arabian Horse Breeders Association (ABCCA).

It will be the 11th race held at the Jockey Club in São Paulo, Brazil, the first country to host the newly created UAE President Cup South America Mondial Series for Purebred Arabian Horses, which also covers Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Twelve animals competed in the last race on October 16, in which VENERADDO RACH (VE Atentaddo x Vanna Rach by *Aicyng AHRA) finished second, REVELATION RACH (*Eksport x Rapunzel Rach by Voltaire Rach) third and MARLIZE RACH (Eksort Rach x Musa Rach by *Polonez) in fourth place; and now they run for the first victory.

RG KABALA (Cáceres CSM x Canoas CSM / Pavel Rach), by breeder and owner Claudio Roberto Guimarães Ribas, debuts on the racetrack and may surprise.

It is important to note that in the last races held at Cidade Jardim Racecourse there is a greater number of traditional owners and breeders of Thoroughbred participating in Arabian horse races.

Regarding breeding, we are very happy that the first two places in the last race were sons of the great champion Atentaddo VE (2013, 2014 and 2015), as well as having sons of the champion All Pol Rach winners in races too, which shows that we are breeding an Arabian racehorse genetics in Brazil. In addition to the fact that these consistencies provide assurance to future owners of Arabian horses that they will have animals with proven genetics”, declared Ricardo Jamil Saliba do Rach Stud Agropecuária Ltda.

Rach Stud Agropecuária Ltda., once again, is the largest breeder with 10 animals in the race.

Ribeiro continued: “I want to emphasize that, this Saturday; we will have 13 Arabian horses and 10 owners looking for their first victory, which demonstrates a greater interest in Arabian horse racing at each new race. I would also like to thank the board of the Brazilian Arabian Horse Breeders Association (ABCCA), which has spared no effort in promoting Arabian Sport horses in all its modalities.
